Mushroom Grow Kits

I messed up on the first growth as I was waiting for them to flatten out, and unfortunately they started turning brown and I removed them to start again. This picture is the second growth, which only took about a week, and I'm just about to harvest and see what I get for a third growth.

Pleased with the purchase, I had the first harvest, waiting for the second.

Sadly I don't think it's the product but I was unable to keep it moist enough to grow. Perhaps my house is too dry? It didn't matter what I did I'm afraid it simply didn't grow. At all. The box that contained the mixture was dented upon arrival but was not visibly broken. I don't know. It was a complete waste for me.
