Customer service never gets back to you

So I got my shoes and they are actually pretty nice. They are more bronze than gold. But my issue is that the little sequins have either come off or there are just huge gaps so the rubbery stuff below can be seen. I wanted to check in with customer service first before returning them but it’s been a while and they don’t seem to answer 🤷🏻‍♀️
