Quality checks would improve the consumer experience and satisfaction. I was very irritated to see that one of my shoes look as if they’ve been tampered with and I don’t feel like that would’ve happened had there been quality checks on every pair that is sent out. I’m so upset because I want to love these so bad but you can see the flaws. I don’t like that. These are “brand new” heels but they don’t look it.

These are so stylish and comfortable!! Takes a minute to adjust walking naturally in them, but I got so many compliments when I wore them for a night out. I also love that they can be a night out shoe or casual daytime shoe. The straps across the foot are soft and comfortable as well as the straps that lace up. They don’t feel like they were digging into my legs like thinner straps tend to do.
