Bike is Fine, Suffered Minor Damage in Shipping

Upon arrival, the shipping container had holes in the bottom of the box, which align to the position of forks on a small fork lift. I photographed the box. When unloading the box, the left handle bar grip was gouged and torn. Not significant enough to warrant return, but it needs to be replaced. Attempted to reach Dirwin to obtain a replacement. Would really like to rate the bike as 5 stars, but the damaged left grip distracts from a great product
