I’m quite particular when it comes to choosing coffee beans. I analyse many factors such as bean size, aroma, freshness, taste, balance, acidity, and crema, and based on all of this, I’ve concluded that this is the best coffee bean I’ve found in the past 10 years. That’s why I’ve decided to subscribe. The only downside is that when I buy the beans and divide them into four portions, there seem to be an excessive amount of grounds and small particles. I’m not sure if it’s added to make up the weight, but at the bottom there is always over 20g of fine residue. If this issue could be solved, it would be absolutely the perfect coffee bean.
