I have read many books on Masculinity. I have blogged on masculinity for 15 years. I was talking about masculinity when little was being said. To my surprise -became a hot topic. Dr Seel's book is one of the best I have read. Many concepts and even phrases were new. Great book and very needed. I’ve almost finished reading it for the first time; which is another way of saying this book will be re-read. I find this book one of the most compelling cases for living a truly embodied life as a man. As a father of daughters I want this type of man for them. As a father of sons, I want them to grow into this aspirational masculinity. As a man, it resonates deeply, connecting all the parts together. Thank you for writing this book.
