I first ordered size 4X. They were too large but I was easily able to exchange them for 3X which fit much better. They are a little long and I ordered Regular but that should be OK.

Rain pants for Alaskan Cruise

I ordered these rain pants for our Alaskan cruise in September, with the hope that they won't be needed, but if we do... I'm prepared. I ordered the short length, so as not to trip as we walk the towns. I went up a size, so I will be able to either wear leggings or jeans underneath. Overall, very happy they are light weight and easy to pack.
