I love the Miraculous Medal Rosary. However, my centerpiece wasn't as good looking as the one on their website. Mary from customer care responded right away to my email, and she found they had a couple of other pieces that weren't the best either, so they prevented others from receiving an inferior medal. Plus, they sent me out a replacement rosary free of charge to make it right. I will buy from them again!
