Root Touch-Up Kit for Resistant Grays

I like the product, but I don’t think following the instructions leads to gray coverage. If I follow instructions, I see grays again within five days of application. I took away one star for that. I took away a second star because my order was late, and I took away the third star because dpHUE failed to include my sample again. I will buy the product again, but I doubt I’ll buy directly from dpHUE again.

Haven't tried this shade yet, but I have used this product in another shade and thought it was awesome! Jeff has been very helpful with questions and a whole lot of other issues I've gotten myself onto. Highly recommend Dphue products from root touch-up to tinted gloss.

Salon quality, touchup kit. It covers completely, and even gets all the way to the tips of the stubborn gray roots. The color is rich, and never brassy. This is the best I’ve tried, and I’ve tried a lot!
