The Neptune 8mm Wonder Ring

A beautiful ring! The faceted colours are gorgeous. I received my order and the ring was too small. I contacted the company (Paul) to ask if I could return it for a larger size. I was sent another ring (fits perfectly) together with a stamped envelope to return the original. The service was second to none, thank you!

I have to commend the customer service I received from Rock Solid Rings and would like to amend my original rating to 5 out of 5 stars. The Neptune rings I received are wonderful and are a lovely reminder of our wedding anniversary. The colours are vibrantly beautiful and certainly worth the money. Personally, I would recommend ordering the size up for the wider rings, as the original rings were too small, but Rock Solid Rings offer an exchange service, which is very useful.
