Had a problem with my ring after 1 year, I contacted via WhatsApp and Ben was amazing, replacement ring arrived next day, engraved as well, can't fault them, that's what perfect customer service should be, have 3 of their rings including our wedding rings and they are lovely...big thanks for an excellent service and for beautiful rings
