A Perfect Gift
I was so excited to gift Encircled to my mom who is a wanderlust traveller. Finding clothes that are comfortable, quality, and transition as the days take her is exactly what she needs and craves and I knew Encircled would have what she was after.

Horrible customer service
I purchased an e gift card and it was not set up correctly although I was charged $200. I have sent 4 emails to the help desk and have not received as response. I am at a loss as to what to do. I love this company's products but this is truly horrible customer service.
