The best bag ever!!

This bag is the most convenient bag evverr! So many pockets and you can fit so much stuff in it. Using it for work has saved me from carrying may different containers and drinks. I love that it has two drink holders inside. The feel of it is also so nice. I love Poppies and Peonies! Thank you thank you. I need want more! Haha

Exactly WHAT I was looking for!

I am a big girl, and all my life I was struggling with the size of the bag is somewhat odd to me, and the capacity was not always to my liking as well...Not until I discovered this wonderful brand that has all I need in one place! The bag is amazing! Material and performance are incredible and EXACTLY what I was looking for in a tote for work. And what is also important - the price! I am literally your ambassador - recommending everyone around me. Thank you!

Love the bag, customer service needs improvement

I do love this bag and want to purchase more from them, however I am very hesitant to do so again due to the lack of customer support. I sent two emails asking for an invoice to provide to customs and did not get a response for like two weeks. They only reached out when I messaged them on Tiktok berating them on their unhelpfulness. Not only that, but they also must've messed up somewhere along the shipping process, because local mail reported that the full address was missing and had to get a supervisor to resolve the problem or I wouldn't even have been able to pick up the order, as the courier was rightfully confused about the unreadable address and couldn't even deliver it! They didn't even have the full postal code in the system or even my name associated with the order. I could've been out 100 bucks if not for my local mail company managing to fix the issue. So, international buyers beware: you will pay a hefty customs tax, you will wait nearly two months and you'll get a headache from the shipping hassle. You'll also get minimal to no help from this company if you try to contact them. I hope they do better in the future because I really liked the bag, such a shame about the rest.
