Overstuffed Executive Office Chair with Built-In Footrest and Recline, Gray

honestly the chair wasn’t comfortable in the slightest, and i’d rate it a one star if not of the fantastic customer service i received. not once, but twice i contacted them about separate issues and they got back to me the following day and even allowed a very late refund because of the condition of the chair in just a couple of months. i don’t think i’ll ever find such great customer service again!
