Replacement Remote for MCombo

Good replacement

I purchased my chair in August 2025. A few months ago, the remotes response was odd. I never knew what the remote would do based on the buttons pushed. Example: I would push for the back to go back and the footrest might move or push home and it wouldn't respond or responded in a way other that what I selected. By taping it on the palm of my hand, it would eventually respond properly 4 or 5 times and then go back to the odd behavior. I found MCombo's website and ordered this 5 button remote. It's basically plug and play. Unplug the old one and plug this one in. It's working as it should. I don't know if the one from August 2025 was covered under warranty or not.

Remote and base

I ordered a new remote thinking that's was my problem but it wasn't. After communication and pictures it was decided by your team to send a new base. It was received in a timely manner and it was put on and my chair is now working just fine. Your customer service was excellent and timely. Thank you for backing your product in such a professional way.

It worked

I ordered this because the old remote got wet with coffee and stopped working. This was a direct replacement, and the chair works all functions again.
