Tech 4 Replacement Master Cylinder

Terrible Service.

I ordered a Hope left brake master cylinder. The part I was sent was labeled as a left, but was actually a right. I emailed customer service and they took a week and a couple emails back-and-forth to acknowledge that there is a mistake, which they said they will take care of “ as soon as possible”. It’s now been two weeks since then, and I still don’t have a brake lever or any confirmation that one has been shipped. I shouldn’t have to go chasing down part that I’ve already paid for.
