C est un bon cafe, mais la qualite de la torrefaction change, des paquets sont meilleurs que d autres.

Excellent coffee

Excellent taste overall. We've subscribed to a 5lb bag every three weeks. This is a perfect medium roast. Mostly dark flavour, not too strong. A hint of floral tastes that you would expect in a light roast. My spouse prefers dark roasts, and I lean towards light roasts. This roast satisfies both of us without leaving anything to be desired. Really a top tier roast. Also nice to receive the bag of coffee and the roast date is the day I receive it. Can't be any more fresh.
