PureJet Portable Bidet (Factory Blemished)

This is a slightly marked bidet but it seems to function just fine after our first usage. We already own another Bidetbudfy

The high setting does not work. The sprayer will come out for just a second then immediately go back in. The low setting works fine so I think I would like it if it worked properly. I emailed the support people right away when I got it but never got a response.

I love your product but the bottom closure leaks. I've tried to retighten numerous times but continues to leak. I saw the notation on the bottom stating to make sure the cap is fully tightened which makes me believe th I s I s an ongoing issue. HELP!
