Guatemala La Senda Carbonic Maceration

Cracked this bag today. Just the smell alone is fantastic. So good black, probably better if I followed suggest ratio but I can’t help but to be heavy handed and with a bit of whole milk and sugar it’s wonderful. I won’t try to specifically describe it but it’s easy to justify the price difference between this and the mass produced beans.
