Cheer for Capella Cheeses

I received three new cheeses for my first monthly package. I've tried the Gouda, which was harder and more dense than I usually have Gouda, but the aftertaste was pure G. I, also, tried the Robilo which looked kind of like a Blue Cheese, but .is a goat cheese. Not the best I've had, but very creamy. I haven't tried the third, but am looking forward to it. Can't wait to see what comes next month!!

Cheese of the Month Cheese Club

We have enjoyed the cheese of the month club. It is a great way to get to try new cheeses that we wouldn't otherwise get to try and they come with nice summaries to explain how to eat the cheese and what to pair it with. Sometimes I feel like the value isn't great though.

Wonderful Cheese…..Packing NOT SO MUCH

I ordered CHEESE of the MONTH recently. The cheese was FANTASTIC. Unfortunately, 2 of the 3 cheers were in bits. Not sure if it was due to the packing (which appeared good) or the shipping company. I live just outside Atlanta so it was not traveling a long distance. Hopefully, next month’s cheese will be fine.
