Absolutely delicious. This dark chocolate dances with the lime and the salt. The individual flavors retain their integrity while the little salty crunches invite deeper appreciation of the bar's smooth firmness. I tried a sample at the shop in Wauwatosa, then ordered nearly two dozen bars to be shipped to me in New Mexico!
