my straps on one should always slip down and this design holds both straps in place. I'm big busted and so I removed the insert and it is shaped perfectly for me. I bought this bra in 5 colors after buying and trying one

Great sports bra! My daughter wears this bra to work and says that it is comfortable. Great support and washes nicely.

Other than it runs small. The medium fits like a small. I will be returning.
