Ebike Flat Tire Repair/Tube Replacement

I was told at another bike shop that it could not be repaired, but if anyone could it was this shop. I called and was told the solution over the phone. I was allowed to let my battery charge while I waited. I asked a lot of questions. I have autism and I can chatter to soothe my anxiety. My chatter wasn’t a problem for him at all. If anything else happens to my little ebike, I know where to go.
