We had the winning bid for a painting created at the Second Harvest garden gala to raise funds to provide food to families across Central Florida. Beautiful Frame, Need Improvement on Service

The frame itself is beautiful. Drop one star due to some service issue: when I ordered it, I selected the “horizontal” hanging option, but I received the vertical hanging version. It took about two weeks to receive it after order was placed. A little bit slow for today’s standard. Sent a couple emails to customer service for status update, responded only after I said that in the second email that I would cancel the order if they don’t respond.
