Wonderful

I purchased this sensor as the recommended solution when a frame blocks the onboard tv sensors. I had a bit of trouble until we found a tech support note from Samsung and now my tv and srs unit are brightening my world each day with lovely artistic scenes. Thanks to Deco for their very patient and supportive help!

Buggy and inconsistent

If it works, fantastic product. Problem is it doesn’t work well and consistently. Essentially an expensive paperweight that makes my TV more cumbersome than without it. There’s a reason why Samsung wants only their products on their systems… However, FrameTv customer service and tech support has been very professional and helpful thus far, so I give them high stars for caring.
