Wisteria Kokedama (Grown Bonsai)

I would give this purchase zero stars if I could. The “tree” we paid $90 for consisted of a “moss ball” about the size of half a tennis ball, a 7-8” TWIG with maybe 3 of tiniest dead leaves at the end, and metal wiring contorted around the twig. (The wiring’s diameter was as large as the twig’s, which made it difficult to even see if there was a plant attached to the moss ball.) I had bought this for my husband’s 85th birthday. What an utter rip-off. I could have gone outside and broken off a tiny twig from our lush wisteria plant and saved $90.00. This was certainly NOT a GROWN bonsai, as it was charged and stated on the receipt. My advice: Do better by your customers. Also, issue refunds when the product shipped and received is NOT what was paid for. Your refund policy is inadequate. To customers, I would say this: Save your money and do NOT order from this company unless you’re willing to get ripped off. Go to a local bonzai merchant and see in person what you’re buying.

I ordeted two plants. Neither plant arrived with any leaves. Thd wisteria had some signs of life with spots of green. The maple tree looked like a dead stick when arrived and I’ve had for over two werks and still looks like its dead. I contacted Spirit of Japan and they said it would put out leaves. I ask how long would I need to keep and if no life get a credit but did not get an answer to the question.

Let's see if this one survives! There are some green branches when it arrived today so fingers crossed 🤞
