Coffee Quality Assurance Program - Annual

Love this coffee machine

First I do love this coffee machine, The assurance program is a great idea the down side for me is you are very hard to get in touch with. I got coffee along with the filters very nice, I do not care for medium roast. The box came with one coffee bag open and chocolate melted all over the bags. I have no idea who to contact that is not in the box. . However I must say the filters are the best I have ever used and the chocolate was delicious.

Really good coffee

The coffee maker really brings out the flavor of the coffee. We just make 4 cups at a time and use a mix of purified water (from the Water Machine) and distilled. We use a ratio of 3 spoons of decaf and 2 spoons of regular and use organic when we can. And the clean up is really easy!

The coffee maker is the best I’ve had and the assurance program kit is great it comes with tons of paper coffee filters and a lot of extra goodies don’t want to spoil the surprises but they are awesome.
