Faulty Loco and No after sales support from Accurascale

I purchased a 00 Gauge Class 60 and Class 50 direct from Accurascale, whilst the Class 50 runs fine, the same cannot be said for the Class 60. I have encountered numerous issues such as: the sound does not always work, the loco has no power, headlights and tail lights are on at the same time, other times the loco runs with no issues. Over the past few months, I have attempted to contact Accurascale several times but all I have received is an automated response or "chatted" to AI which was no help whatsoever, and no action from Accurascale to resolve the issues with the faulty Class 60 I purchased. The aftersales experience I have encountered leaves a lot to be desired. Here's hoping somebody from Accurascale will be in touch to finally resolve the issue with my faulty purchase.
