These insoles do everything they are advertised to do. They have softened my step at the shop on concrete all day. They do hurt for the first few days while you get use to them but thats normal.

I tried these insoles years ago. Still the best for my feet. Walking on concrete and iron for 12-16 hours. My feet thank you. I still buy them! Replace every 6 months. If i forget my feet and shins tell me.
