Great tea!
It’s good and healthy. I like the taste. I can drink it at night since the tea is not caffeinated.

A tasty alternative to Barley tea and herbal teas
I decided to try this "black bean tea" (黒豆茶) because I'm looking for caffeine-free, gluten free alternatives to things like barley tea (has gluten) and green/oolong teas (which have caffeine).
The instructions say to boil the teabag in 500CC water for 5 minutes, then let it steep for an additional 30 minutes. It results in a strong, dark brew that has a mild, nutty taste.
I can't really describe the flavor as anything in particular other than nutty. But it's good. In the morning and around noon, I'll continue to have delicious green tea. But in the evening, I'll have this black bean tea so as not to get too jittery.
As for what to do with the expended beans... I give them to my chickens!
