Our district just started incorporating CC standards into our goal writing and this has been such a time saver from looking the standards up. This is a great investment with great goal ideas as well.

Common Core Standards & IEP Goal Bank

I was hoping for more objectives or foundational goals to achieve the common core standard. It seemed like the goals were the standards rephrased as a speech goal. In my school district, we have been told not to work directly on grade level goals because if a student is receiving special Ed services, then we should work on foundational skills or below grade level goals. I was hoping to for more of a developmental sequence with underlying skills that would help students achieve the broader goal of asking and answering key details fur example.
