Broke after 1 flight

Do not buy this item. It broke after first flight (stitching ripped open) I contacted delsey for a refund / replacement. Never received a response.

Arrived with zipper closure broken. I then expanded the arm to role and it will not collapse back down. Contacted customer service and they are 100% awful. Wanted me to take to a repair shop, then sent directions for me to repair arm so I could mail, then asked for serial number. I travel often and have not been home to tear it apart again looking for the serial number. I will throw away and forgo ever purchasing from Delaney again. I have other bags I love but can not support a company with such poor customer service.
