This is cheap luggage

I bought this to replace a Delsey piece I bought about 20 years ago and used every week since then. It has become end of life. Zippers still work great, but soft sides failing. So I bought this new one and one of the zippers doesn't work right out of the box. Am I going to get another 20, or even 5 years out of this new luggage? I don't think so. Also, interior pockets are cheaper than my old one. I am returning this and looking for another brand of higher quality. Sorry to leave you Delsey after a 20 year experience, but your quality has been diminished,
