These are a great travel snack for extra protein. Knowing they are gf is also a bonus. The texture was soft easy to eat and yummy.

As I don't usually eat breakfast, these are a great snack at 10.30am or cook up a couple of eggs and add a beef stick for a light keto breakfast.
