Solid Shoe

I was wrestling with a trail shoe for a difficult trail half marathon and went with this… a shoe I have been very comfortable with for my last three purchases. Solid shoe. Appropriately cushioned. Volume in the forefoot. Lots of breathability. Lighter than I expected Certainly more of a road or light trail shoe, but why alter what works?! I am stunned Craft is not more mainstream, as this model is really quite good.

Solid Shoe, feels different

Overall, the shoe feels light, breathable, and nimble to run with, but the tongue offers a stiffer fit to shoes that I am use to so when I run/walk/stairstep while wearing these, the tongue of the shoe feels prevalent and causes slight discomfort. Overall it is still fine to wear, but requires some adjustment while exercising until you find the sweet spot.
