Absolutely perfect! I've been looking for a nipple larger than NUK 5/6 that fits Gen1 shields for ages, and I was so happy when I found this! Granted, they still deflate when used, but I figured out a way around that; inflate a balloon/condom inside the nipple and tie it off. Air can't escape what has no exit. 😊 Makes for a firm-but-still-compliant suckling experience. 👍
