Wabi Lightning Frameset, Imperfects

I couldn't be happier with the Lighting frame, well packed and in good shape. My complaint with most track cranks is that they tend to be overbuilt for my intended use, a condition I was hoping to avoid when I ordered the Miche Pistard 20 crank. Miche claims a 680 gram weight for a 165mm crank with a 42 chainring, I weighed the 170 mm with a 49 chainring at 840 grams. The crank arms alone weight 640 grams so I believe Miche claims about the weight of their cranks are more than a little optimistic. I was pleased to learn that I could return them, I managed to sell to a track bike shop. I consider this to be Miche problem and am looking forward to stopping by sometime this summer on my way back east. Does Wabi sell touch up paint for their frames? I'm considering buying the sub -1500 wheelset but am hoping that they might be offered for sale with an internal width of at least 17 mm later in the year. If not , do you know if I could lace a DT Swiss 460 rim to the rear hub and if so what specific spokes I would need?
