I ordered two pairs of Elio briefs. The online photos appear to have a roomy pouch. I ordered my normal size L, but when I actually tried them on, the pouch is smaller than expected and the briefs are simply too snug. Maybe an XL would work, but the exchange process for two pairs of underwear is probably too much trouble.
