Highly impressed
Highly worth it! I bought it after 3 weeks of my son waking anywhere between 8-13 times a night. After only 3 days he is waking 2-3 times for a feed between 7pm and 7am. So that’s a massive improvement. The programme was exactly what I needed and gave good clear explanation and outlines of what to do. Well worth it. Thank you

Amazing and affordable ..
I bought this guide in preparation to face the 4th month regression .. my baby will be 12 weeks today .. i already started to see his day naps capping at 45 mins and his night time sleep routine went starting from 7:30 feed diaper change n then rocking to sleep with pacifier goes untill 8:30 or 9:30 sometimes .. I was worried what was wrong .. it was exhausting so me and my husband were trying to push on to one another who is going to get baby to bed .. very anxiously i bought this guide when i saw Emma’s reel on instagram.. I did not read the entire guide .. i skipped through and found 12 weeks old schedule for naps n bedtime .. After implementing the tips given in the guide for my 3 month old from past 2 days .. our baby’s desiered bed time is 8 pm so we are finishing his last nap in stroller between 6-6:30 .. 8 pm starting his night feed n he is rocked n given pacifier as always but in deep sleep by 8:30 pm .. thanks a lot for offering the guide for such an affordable price!! ❤️❤️ Definitely recommend it for parents..
