The Rose Clip

Absolutely beautiful, great quality and stunning color, I love every think about it. I wasn’t sure about size and ordered large and I’m glad I chose the right size I think small would be little limited how I wear my hair

Decent everyday clip, but nothing extraordinary. I recently purchased these 6 different colors of ROSE clips, size LARGE, and overall, it is just okay. The quality is fine for everyday use for FINE/THIN HAIR , it holds hair securely and gets the job done, but it doesn't feel particularly high-end or durable enough to last for years. The product looks a bit more ordinary in person and isn't quite as "WOW" or striking as it appeared in the promotional advertisements. Another minor downside is that the items arrived completely unbranded, with no company name or logo anywhere on the product.

The flower clip is gorgeous and holds well, but the reason for 2 stars is that they got my order wrong and expected me to pay the return delivery fee for their mistake. For context, the order was correct at 2 rose clips, one cherry wine color and one blush color. I verified before i hit submit on the order that the colors, size and models were accurate before i purchased, thus i had no need, or so i thought, to take a screenshot. Then, i get the enail confirmation of the order and i only see the color cherry wine for 2 clips. I immediately reached out to the company via email to confirm that they received my order for 2 colors, not 1. They didnt, greaaaat. So they said i could return it for the correct color and that it would “cost around $6-$8” why should i have to pay for their mistake?
