First time buyer, I ordered TRIBE sweatshirt for my daughters 21st bday. Unfortunately, my shipment got mixed up with another buyer and I received wrong shipment. I was very upset, daughter is disappointed so I reached out to Olive & Ave and got a quick response back explaining what happened. Immediate refund was issued to me with the most sincere apology. I hate it happened, but mistakes are life and they did everything they could to make it right! I will def purchase and try them again.
