Dress was great, shipping/customer service, not so much

I paid extra for express delivery and the dress wasn't even shipped out till after the guaranteed delivery date. Because of that, I did not receive my dress because I had already moved out of my apartment building, leaving me only with the option to buy an already made/try-on dress. No recompense or discount offered to replace the dress or the express shipping that ended up with my dress arriving after the projected non-express date. I'll stick with david's bridal.

Beautiful dress, easy ordering process

I has a wonderful experience both tryin on dresses and ultimately ordering the dress I chose. I received my dress sooner than I expected and it was perfect!
