excellent experience on all accounts: 1) product purchase transaction was smooth and efficient. 2) product quality and function is great - much improved version, i.e. wider diameter at the top, compared to the original OEM hopper. Very nice steel quality & aesthetic. Bellows works well to help clear out residual retention in between doses, but as with other dosing grinders equipped with a bellows I have used, after "some" use a bellows does not, IMO, eliminate the need for periodic manual cleaning subject to bean type and volume ground. The use of a wider steel hopper is a no brainer and I like the bellows, however the assessment of the function of the bellows in terms of clearing residual, is subjective - your mileage may vary.

Been a few weeks now and the wide hopper fits great on the Z1. Build quality of both the hopper and the bellows is excellent. Makes the workflow way easier, hardly any retention, and looks beautiful. Great product. Period.

Excellent upgrade

Perfect fit and finish and an excellent upgrade to the stock funnel. The wider diameter makes it easier to drop beans into the funnel and the bellow works like a charm - I can't imagine how I got by without it.
