Pilates Board + 60-Day Transformation Program

Ordered 30 July, it is now 20 August and no board. No updates either other than when I contacted customer service and was told ‘it’s on its way’. I wouldn’t mind if I knew it was going to take a while but to hear no updates at all except when I have had to ask for them is very frustrating and unhelpful. I will give it a full month and then I expect a refund. What a shame as I was really excited about this.

Board is ok, but the app does not work well, and the videos included in the deal I purchased are poorly edited/spliced together bits. On top of that, they lied about the number of videos included in my deal and could care less when I asked about the access reduction.

It was light in weight n easy to manage... jus need a mat to help it fm moving abt
