Not only is the product garbage, cheaply made, will absolutle snap and harm you, but when you request a refund (their site says 30 day money back guarantee full refund no questions asked) they will offer you a 30% refund, then they will offer you either a 60% refund or return it to china which will cost you $20 in shipping to get your money back. I paid $27 (plus fees/ship) so i guess ill take the 60% refund and not send it back to pay $20 to get $7 back. Scammed on product, scammed on refund.

Have only had it 8 days, have used it maybe 5 days, the strap at the foot pedals keep popping off. Tried to ignore it and thinking of a makeshift way to keep it from coming apart. Was doing arm exercises when one of the bands snapped. Needless to say, it’s no longer functional

Terrible quality, foot pads don't lay flat. Doesn't feel safe to use, if one of those flimsy straps breaks - it'll smart something fierce.
