good material just wish pack had more organize front pocket

First impressions: nice material, overall feels sturdy, converts nicely between backpack and tote, laptop slot is nicely cushioned. I can comfortably fit a large textbook/documents and a 13" laptop. The button on the tote handle could be better, it can come apart easy. The outside zipper pocket would have benefited a lot from organizational structure, it's just one big pocket. I put an organizational insert in and it's a lot better.
