I’ve been waiting to write this review because I was “testing” the champagne stopper. I opened a bottle of Prosecco TWO weeks ago and uncapped the second half of the bottle today - TWO weeks later. I heard a spshh, and the golden bubbly bubbled up in the glass. This champagne stopper works! I bought two, plus a replacement insert. I am thoroughly happy with my purchase.
