I like the quality and fit of your cloths. I would recommend you upgrade your tracking system for your shipments. Your lack of proactive visibility for ships is not good. Once the product is shipped you lose all visibility. I would use Amazon tracking as a standard for full customer tracking visibility. Many retailers have much better tracking. Again, I like your cloths but not the shipment visibility.
