I’m 5’ 10” 195 I wear a 36 but went 38 and still a bit tight if you like them a bit loose go 2 sizes up but the are stretch and feel good material and design definitely happy with it just the thing about buying online and inseam is perfect on point not xtra long happy to find a company that doesn’t make pants 34 long for tall people this are made for average height guys overall great jeans
