I'm extremely disappointed with the company's lack of responsiveness. Despite multiple attempts, they have failed to answer any of my emails and have not provided any return information. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and it's clear they do not value their customers' concerns. I would strongly advise against doing business with them if you value timely communication and proper customer support.
